About the Process - Renting a Room

 

 


In order to arrange a video conference meeting, we need some information from you. Specifically the more you can tell us about your needs the better we can assist you. We have created a 5 step process for you to do just that. Before you begin, you can prepare some information that will be helpful in providing the information we need in the 5 steps.

The following items are typically needed to arrange for your video conference:

  • Location of each meeting participant
  • Preferred Dates and Time frames for at least one site (often called the primary location)
  • Number of meeting participants
  • Type of meeting (Common types are: interview, business meeting, presentation, deposition)
  • Contact information including either an email address or telephone number [we consider this information confidential and use it only to communicate with you about the services you may need or request from us]
