No Fees

We do require a signed fee document that will establish the rates at which your facilities may be reserved and rented by TKO VideoConferencing for its customers.

Capabilities & Requirements
Your video systems must be current model H.320 and/or H.323 compliant system from a leading video conferencing manufacturer. No desktop PC systems may be registered. In addition, we require that rooms in the TKO VideoConferencing network conform to the following requirements:

• Professional business settings
• Easy access to the meeting space
• Seating for a minimum of 3 people, comfortably
• Private meeting space with a door that may be closed
• Minimum of one good quality 27" television or VGA monitor
• Successful test calls in and out at speeds from 128Kbps to 384Kbps
• Technical or administrative staff that is always available during periods of rental
• No cables or hazardous wiring that may cause inconvenience or accidents (especially for microphones)
