Perfect for video conferences of 1-2 including legal depositions and job interviews, our small rooms are capable and low cost - they offer state-of-the art video conference technology very economically. Our largest rental video conferencing room accommodates up to 12 participants and offers the advantage of large white boards, document cameras, large monitors and computer interfaces. You can even connect your laptop computer to our video display systems.

Voyager and Galileo Public Rooms
These rooms are ideal for video conferences with 1-2 people in the room. They are perfect for private business meetings such as legal depositions, job interviews and one-on-one meetings. Our Voyager room is equipped with Polycom video conference equipment and our Galileo room uses Tandberg equipment. Both of these rooms are economical to use for meetings as short as 30 minutes and, subject to availability, they can be used on a drop-in basis. Most importantly, they offer a high quality video conferencing experience.

Discovery Room
Our most capable video conferencing room, Discovery, can accommodate up to 12 people and is equipped with a Tandberg 6000 using two large monitors. The Tandberg product line offers exceptionally high quality video conferencing. Our Tandberg 6000 is integrated with a document camera, touch screen control panel, laptop computer interface and multiple microphones.

This room is perfect for longer meetings with a variety of interactions. Large white boards and access to nearby break-out rooms make our Discovery room ideal for all day workshops. Additionally, TKO offers multipoint bridging services for your video conference allowing you to communicate with as many as 12 locations around the world simultaneously.
