Arranging for a video conference meeting is as easy as clicking one of the meeting style buttons below. You will be guided to select your meeting location(s) from a selection of certified video conference rooms located around the world that include all the equipment required to make a video conference meeting work. The "Budgetary Estimate" button allows you to dynamically calculate the expense of your meeting.
Once you've submitted a Scheduling Request, a member of TKO's Customer Response Team will schedule and confirm your meeting.
