Large Multisite meetings that span several of the cities or countries in Europe require coordination for each location. Suitable space, layout and technology at the location must be reserved, coordinated and tested to ensure the meeting is a success. We manage all of these aspects of your video conference.

Typically, in a large meeting or conference, one site is considered the host location or keynote site. Special attention is given to the audio and video signal quality at this location. For each site, and especially the host site, thorough testing of the video and audio call quality is performed in advance of the video conference.
